We can normally give you a guide price over the phone and if you are happy with the guide price we offer a free no obligation survey.

Full Written Quotation

Following the full discussion of your requirements a written quotation is provided which confirms:

  • CCTV Camera and recorder options

  • Prices for each option

  • Camera placements, recorder facilities, cable types and best wiring routes to hide/protect cables over your premises. 

  • Testing equipment is used to demonstrate the best Camera positions and specifications.

  • A written quotation is given on initial survey 

Installation

  • Using Industry leading CCTV HD Cameras, Recorders, Cabling and Equipment.

  • Neat and professional Installation

  • Training on CCTV operation using TV, PC, laptop and/or smart phone.

  • Comprehensive set of instructions including camera/product codes.

CCTV and App User Guides

Following installation we thoroughly explain your CCTV system and how it operates.  We also supply our own illustrated, step by step User Guides written in easy to understand language.  We are also available at the end of the phone to answer any questions you may have when you start to use your CCTV system.

2 Year Warranty

Warranty explained - The CCTV solution is warrantied against equipment failure for 2 years from the install date.  

 

Please note that this warranty is not applicable if equipment failure is due to damage caused by misuse, neglect, fire, water or any other external cause of damage

After Sales Support

After sales support explained

 

Two remote annual service checks are included in the service cover (At 12 and 24 months from the install date) to confirm the health of the hard disk and verify that the system time is correct.

 

AMark systems will send a reminder email one month from your service date to arrange an appointment.

 

Telephone support is provided during office hours and by text outside of office hours (excluding bank holidays) for two years from the install date.
